Orders shipped via Australia Post or tracked courier services

Orders under 100 NZD are sent via standard post
DHL Express (Recommended)
Fast delivery within 2 to 4 business days
Flat rate: $18.90 AUD (discounted from AUD $49 )

Important Notes:
DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes. These addresses will be serviced by Australia Post.
Rural areas may experience an additional 2 to 3 days for express deliveries.

DHL Express (Recommended)
Fast delivery within 3 to 5 business days
Flat rate: $40 AUD (we pass on the 50% discount off standard DHL rates)
DHL may contact you and ask you to pay import GST/duties when it arrives in the country.
Singapore charges 9% GST on most imported goods. This is collected by them at import (not by us at checkout).

Disclaimer – USA Shipments
We are currently shipping to the USA, however I just wanted to confirm that you’ve seen and are happy with the shipping disclaimer below before we proceed. As the importer, you may be required to pay duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. Unfortunately, these charges can vary and change regularly, so we’re unable to calculate them in advance.
Disclaimer – USA Shipments
Shipments to the U.S. may incur a tariff of around 15%, plus any applicable duties and taxes. As the receiver, you will be contacted to pay these charges once your parcel clears U.S. Customs.
If payment is refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, any associated costs will be charged back to the sender and passed on to you.
